• Paul has over 10+ years experience in the telecommunications and data networking field with a strong focus on high availability communications networks. Pooling over 50 years of family experience beginning with specialized telecommunication support in the Vietnam War, providing wireless communications for large scale events such Operation Sail, and cultivating the original design for the CityLink network Paul provides CDS with unique insight and communications focus.

Keith Brooks - Program Director - kbrooks@citywide-citylink.org

• Keith has been in the two-way radio business since 1976. 25 years of that time Keith has been involved in public safety communications. Keith pioneered the creation of the FDNY Command Post Radio, which has revolutionized in-building communications for Fire Safety. Keith also holds the honorary rank of Deputy Chief with the FDNY Keith is a Charter Member of CityWide Disaster Services, Inc and is responsible for the development the CityWide1NY radio network.

Robby Riess - Program Director - rriess@citywide-citylink.org

• Robby Riess started his career as a two-way radio engineer nearly 30 years ago. He is the foremost RF engineer and RF technical mind in the NYC Area. His many years of experience both on the technical bench and in the field provide CDS with a sound and concrete wireless foundation. Robby has created diverse radios systems that handle special events communications, GPS, data communications, and most importantly public safety. In conjunction with Gary Eisenberg, Robby created the initial CityLink System in 1975, formerly known as Interlock.

Ken Fisher - Chief of Operations - kfisher@citywide-citylink.org

• Ken Fisher held the position of Deputy Assistant Chief of Dispatch Operations with the FDNY. His career with the FDNY spans 34 years. Prior to that time Ken was a Sergeant in United States Air Force serving two tours with the Strategic Air Command including a combat crew which played a vital role in the deterrent safety of our nation. As a Deputy Assistant with the FDNY Ken has an extensive breadth of experience handling extreme emergency situations. Ken was also the FDNY liaison to the NYPD, EMS, OEM and the Mayors Office, thus bolstering Ken's ability to interface with many agencies for interoperability purposes. Ken's experience yields an unrivaled clarity and stability to CDS's handling of public safety scenarios.
